Blue Spherical Lamp
Ball lamp covered by crackled blue enamel, partially wiped on the lower part of the girth. The upper part is decorated with brace acquired by taken away enamel and creating a sort of blue fishnet. The lamp is mounted by a cream tone lampshade made in the same spirit as the original model.

Remarks:
From 1925, Jean Besnard develops a suprising decorative vocabulary composed of incised friezes directly against the surface of the enamel not cooked. He gains a unique style often compared to African basketwork. His colours go from white to turquoise blue and more rarely brown and orange.
