Commentaire :
This artwork belongs to the Atelier Ceramique’s period (1904 – 1909), during which Decœur shares his kiln with Fernand Rumèbe. The artist continues with even more audacity his researches on flambé glazes typical of the years around 1900. The décor lays mainly on the aspect of the material obtained.
